LawPoint Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202628351M) is a Singapore law practice with its registered office at 7 Straits View #16-05, Marina One East Tower, Singapore 018936. The Website provides general information about our counsel salon, services, and team. It is not a platform for legal self-help or automated legal advice.

11. Professional services
Separate terms of engagement govern legal services provided by LawPoint. In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and a signed engagement letter or client agreement, the engagement terms prevail for matters relating to legal services.
12. Fees and payment
Information about fees on the Website is indicative only. Binding fee arrangements are confirmed in writing before work commences. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding quote unless expressly labelled as such and addressed to a named recipient.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website, subject to any mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution provisions in a separate client agreement.
14. Changes to terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LawPoint regarding use of the Website and supersede prior understandings on that subject.

18. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of LawPoint.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, reorganisation, or sale of assets, provided that the assignee agrees to honour these Terms.
20. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If translated versions are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation.
